REMIC is a real estate mentorship company that offers courses, which provide knowledge to clients and teach them strategies on investing in real estate. We assist our clients in buying multi-family and commercial rental properties throughout Canada & the United States. Through years of experience acquiring knowledge and investing in real estate, the owner wanted to create a way of transferring his knowledge and skills to individuals interested in real estate investing. Due to the high demand and interest for information sessions from individuals wanting to know more about real estate investing, five courses were created. REMIC offers a mentorship program, designed to serve as a support to clients as they pursue real estate investing.
